We offer a full complement of machines for all of your Pilates needs.

At Pilates Gallery Studio we offer classic and contemporary Pilates classes. All our instructors have national and/or international certifications.

Our partner and instructor Marisol Ballestero is a Third Generation Pilates teacher, who has the Lolita’s Legacy certification created by Lolita San Miguel.

We are the most complete Pilates Studio in Heredia, and the first to be located in a mall in Costa Rica. We specialize in private and group training.

We offer classes utilizing the following Pilates equipment:

Reformer/Tower

Wunda chair

Ladder Barrel

Spine Corrector

Mat

Group Classes

These are group classes that are carried out with mat, the client receives a monthly program with the content of each weekly class, and thus has knowledge of the type of training that they will receive in each class. All levels are supported. These group mat classes are recommended for people without physical injuries who want to increase muscle strength and learn the basics of the Pilates method. It is recommended that you bring your own mat.

Private Classes

These classes make use of specialized Pilates equipment (Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair and others) and are led by a trained Master. You can receive your class individually or in pairs, allowing the client to enjoy more personalized guidance from their Pilates Master. The class lasts 55 minutes.
